Grant Line East Visioning Area

The Grant Line East Visioning area encompasses approximately 8,000 acres. The area is bordered by Grant Line Road on the east, Jackson Highway on the north, White Rock Road on the south and the USB on the east.

Presentations and discussion for the Jackson Highway and Grant Line East Visioning Studies were held before the Board of Supervisors on November 19th, 2008 and February 11th, 2009.  ​​

Maps

The Grant Line East Visioning study included compiling a number of basemaps to illustrate a number of existing conditions in the Grant Line East area. These maps, along with a feedback and information from a number of other sources, formulated the conceptual maps.  The conceptual maps identify the challenges and opportunities associated with development in the area. Public Involvement

The Visioning study documents incorporated stakeholder feedback. Public involvement methods included stakeholder interviews, public workshops and presentations.

Policy Planning Commission
